Paint Terms of Use

By using the Paint app or website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

License

If you downloaded Paint from Apple's App Store, it is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula), together with these terms. On every platform, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Paint for your own non-commercial use.

Your account

• You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password private.
• Your username must not impersonate anyone or be offensive.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile, Delete Account).

Community rules

Paint has a community feed and other shared spaces. When you post, you agree not to share content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, threatening, spam, illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights, and not to share anyone's private information. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

• You can report any post or reply and block any user from the feed. We review reports and may remove content, limit posting, or suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.
• You must be 13 or older to post in the feed, and 21 or older to join rooms that discuss betting lines.
• You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a license to host, display and distribute it within Paint so the feature works.

Coins, cards and rewards

• Coins, cards, packs and other in-app items are virtual. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred.
• Prizes for picks, pools, leaderboards and games are in-app items only.
• We may change how rewards, odds and prices in coins work, and may remove items earned through bugs, cheating or abuse.
• Paint does not currently sell anything. If we offer purchases or subscriptions in the future, their terms will be shown before you buy.

Fair play

Do not use bots, scripts, multiple accounts or exploits to earn rewards or climb leaderboards, and do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer or disrupt the service.

Stats, odds and information

Scores, statistics, projections, betting lines and other information in Paint are provided for entertainment and information only. They may contain errors or delays. Paint does not take bets and is not a sportsbook. Paint is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NCAA, any conference, or any school. Team and player names, logos and marks belong to their owners.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. You can stop using Paint and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Paint is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Paint.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will post the new version here and update the date above. Continuing to use Paint after a change means you accept it.
